HDA Student Chapter Starter Toolkit

1. Contact the HDA National Office or visit the website to get the required forms & submit the following:

  • List of HDA members (at least 10 current members)
  • Documentation of first meeting held
  • Names and contact information of newly elected chapter officers
  • Letters of Intent (Faculty & Chapter)

2. The National Office will request any additional information if necessary

3. The application will then be sent through the Governance Committee and the Board of Trustees for approval
